How does automatic royalty verification work?
Upload your contract per song - AI extracts the royalty rates, splits, advances and recoupment terms. Every statement line is then compared against those terms: reported amounts versus what your deal says you should receive. Underpayments, revenue drops, duplicate imports and missing statements are flagged as alerts, with a plain-language explanation of what to do.
Which royalty statements are supported?
PDF, CSV and XLSX statements from distributors (DistroKid, TuneCore and others), labels, publishers, PROs (BUMA/STEMRA, ASCAP, PRS) and producer funds. Unknown formats are mapped automatically with AI, and you can forward statement emails to your personal ingest address so imports happen without lifting a finger.
Can it chase missing royalties for me?
