A license is active on one computer at a time. You can move it yourself: deactivate from your dashboard, then activate on the new machine.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and ToplineBase. By installing or using the VocalRig software ("Software") you agree to this Agreement.
Upon purchase we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software (Audio Unit, VST3 and Standalone formats) for personal and commercial music production. A license is active on one computer at a time; you can move it to another computer by deactivating it from your VocalRig dashboard, or by contacting support.
Everything you create or process with the Software is 100% yours. No royalties, no attribution required.
Activation sends your serial number and an anonymised (hashed) machine identifier to our server to bind the license to your computer. The Software periodically revalidates the license and caches it locally so it keeps working offline. We do not collect your audio. See our Privacy Policy.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described above. After a refund the license is deactivated. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We may provide updates and fixes at our discretion. Support: support@toplinebase.com.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
This Agreement ends automatically if you materially breach it; you must then stop using the Software. This Agreement is governed by Dutch law.
