RigFX is digital content delivered the moment you buy it, so the sale is final once your serial has been issued. It is not sold with a voluntary money-back guarantee.
That is not the same as being on your own. If the plugin won't install, won't authorise, or doesn't do what this site says it does, email support@toplinebase.com from the address you purchased with and we will fix it or make it right.
Statutory right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Because RigFX is delivered immediately, that right ends once download and activation have begun with your agreement. Where it does apply, email support@toplinebase.com from the address you purchased with and we will refund you. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the law of your country.

A license is active on one computer at a time. You can move it yourself: deactivate from your dashboard, then activate on the new machine.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and ToplineBase. By installing or using the RigFX software ("Software") you agree to this Agreement.
Upon purchase we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software (Audio Unit, VST3 and Standalone formats) for personal and commercial music production. A license is active on one computer at a time; you can move it to another computer by deactivating it from your dashboard, or by contacting support.
Everything you create or process with the Software is 100% yours. No royalties, no attribution required. That includes the doubles, harmonies, talkbox and vocoder parts RigFX generates from your performance.
Activation sends your serial number and an anonymised (hashed) machine identifier to our server to bind the license to your computer. The Software periodically revalidates the license and caches it locally so it keeps working offline. We do not collect your audio. See our Privacy Policy.
Refunds are governed by the Refunds section above: RigFX is sold without a voluntary money-back guarantee, and the sale is final once your serial has been issued. After any refund the license is deactivated. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
This Agreement ends automatically if you materially breach it; you must then stop using the Software. This Agreement is governed by Dutch law.
